Mr. Hlavenka provides hands-on architectural services with each new project from beginning to end. This includes personal involvement from initial programming to schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding/negotiation, and construction administration. Plans are evaluated for code compliance and submitted to local authorities for permitting. Communication with the Contractor throughout the construction process is an important step in order to assure that our plans and specifications are properly executed. Regular construction progress meetings will be scheduled that will include the Client representatives.
This firm will work diligently and patiently with each member of the client’s team, until all aspects of the project are developed in a satisfactory manner for all involved. Any reasonable schedule can be archived with this team effort.
Engineering services are provided by and thoroughly coordinated through our office with firms we have worked with for over 20 years. Interior Design services are also offered.
